Delivery Locations

At launch, we currently deliver within the UAE.

We are working towards expanding our delivery destinations as the brand grows. Updates will be shared as soon as additional locations become available.


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any promotions or complimentary shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website when available.

Packaging & Care

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been opened.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you promptly.
