Ingredients

⅓ cup pistachio butter
1 tbsp From the Ground Golden Date Syrup
⅔ cup vegan dark chocolate chips (70%)
1 tsp tahini
Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place six silicone cups in a muffin tin.
  2. Melt half the chocolate with ½ teaspoon tahini until smooth.
  3. Coat the base and sides of each cup with chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix pistachio butter with golden date syrup.
  5. Spoon the mixture into each cup.
  6. Melt the remaining chocolate with the rest of the tahini and pour over to seal.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and chill for 30 minutes until set.
