Golden Mohalabiya (Milk Pudding)

A vegan twist on a traditional Middle Eastern pudding, made with milk, rose water, and sweetened with From the Ground Golden Date Syrup for a naturally elegant dessert.

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp From the Ground Golden Date Syrup
1 tsp rose water
Pinch of salt
Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk coconut milk, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in rose water and golden date syrup.
  4. Pour into small bowls or ramekins and chill for 2 hours until set.

🎔 Tip: For a delicate floral twist, add a few drops of orange blossom water.
