Ingredients

2 slices sourdough or seeded bread
2 tbsp tahini
1–2 tsp From the Ground Golden Date Syrup
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Optional: crushed pistachios or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread a generous layer of tahini on each slice.
  3. Drizzle lightly with golden date syrup.
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and optional crushed pistachios.
